What belongs in a monthly pack
Spend, results you defined, what we changed, and whether the tracking still matches the banner. Everything else is decoration.
A pack that needs a live walkthrough is not a pack. It is a performance. Ours is written so a finance director can read it on a train: what we spent, what came back as the result you named, what we cut, what we will try next, and whether the measurement still matches the consent the visitor gave.
We do not report “engagement” as if it were revenue. We do not hide a bad week inside a blended conversion that includes page views. If modelled numbers are in the pack, they are labelled.
The weekly note is shorter still. What changed. Why. What we will not touch yet. If nothing changed, we say nothing changed — that is sometimes the correct buying decision.
If you want slides with a stock photograph of a whiteboard, there are rooms for that. This desk sends a ledger.
