What we collect

If you email us or use the contact form we process your name, email address, company name and the content of your message so we can reply. Server logs may record IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site available.

Lawful bases

Enquiries are processed under legitimate interests: responding to a message you sent us. If you become a client we process what is needed to perform the contract. Cookie preferences are stored because you asked us to remember them.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies run the site and store your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them. See the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or we must keep them for a legal claim. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Processors

This site may be hosted on Namecheap (EasyWP or Stellar) in the course of publication. They process hosting data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
